Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume drops, holidays, or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Shopify store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some products may be made-to-order or part of limited drops. These items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page when applicable.
