JDM Kanjozoku Hockey Mask Double Print Hoodie
Kanjozoku (環状族) Notorious subculture of illegal street racers in Osaka, Japan, who rose to prominence in the mid-to-late 1980s and 1990s. Unlike the Wangan racers of Tokyo who favored high-speed straightaways in turbocharged sports cars, the Kanjozoku focused on tight, technical, and aggressive maneuvering. The Track: Their playground is the Kanjo Loop (Hanshin Expressway), a raised, clockwise orbital highway system in the heart of Osaka known for sharp corners, narrow lanes, and heavy traffic. The Cars: They are deeply tied to the Honda Civic (specifically third- to sixth-generation models like the AT, EF, EG, and EK). Chosen for their nimble handling, high-revving VTEC engines, and affordability, these cars were built to mimic Group A touring race cars—stripped-out interiors, race suspensions, and loud, unmuffled exhausts.
